From the airport the distance to central Athens is 30 km. The access to the hotel is very simple:

There is a direct route to Syntagma Square on the X95. A single fare costs 6 euro. Don't forget to validate your ticket. From Syntagma square you have to walk down Mitropoleos Street, for few minutes. After the Cathedral you will see Plaka hotel on your left. Buses run all day and night every 20 min approx. Please mind your personal belongings at all time (very careful with your money, passport, tickets, never in your pockets).
By Metro:
From the airport you could take the metro direct line number 3 until Monastiraki Square. The train runs every 30 min. The journey is about 40 minutes. It operates from 06:35- 23:35. A single fare costs 10 euro (special rates for two or more persons) Don't forget to validate your ticket.
Please mind your personal belongings at all time (very careful with your money, passport, tickets, never in your pockets). From Monastiraki Square you have to walk up Mitropoleos Street. On the second street to your right you will see the hotel.
By Taxi:
The journey is approximately 30 to 45 minutes. The cost is not more than 41 euro (fixed price), with an extra charge during the night. We recommend that you ask for a receipt and write the number of the taxi.
